3 Hours Free WiFi Access Terms and Conditions

  • This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and the HOTSOPT COMPANY governing your access to and use of this Wi-Fi Service (the “Service”).

  • By clicking your acceptance or by accessing or using this service, you acknowledge that you have read all the terms and conditions of this agreement, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

  • We reserve the right to monitor your communications and activities (including their content) during transmission and in connection with use of this Service, and may disclose any such information for purposes of ensuring your compliance with this agreement, application law, cooperating with legal authorities, and otherwise protecting the rights, property and interests of our company.

  • You agree that your use of this service is a privilege and not a right. You agree that you are fully responsible for your activities while using this Service (including for any content, information and other materials you access or transmit via this Service), and that you shall bear all risks regarding use of this Service. You agree not to use this Service to engage in any prohibited, unlawful, infringing, tortuous or harmful conduct; violate another party’s intellectual property, privacy or other right; or otherwise interfere with the operation, use or enjoyment of any service, system or other property.

  • You are responsible for your security and privacy. There are privacy and security risks associated with wireless communications and the Internet generally. You acknowledge that the HOTSPOT COMPANY makes no assurance that your communications or activities will be or will remain private or secure, and agree that the HOTSPOT COMPANY assumes no responsibility in that regard. You agree that you, and not the HOTSPOT COMPANY, are solely responsible for your own privacy and security in using this Service, and for implementing any protections you deem to be appropriate to protect and secure your privacy, and your activities, hardware, software and systems.

  • Disclaimer of warranty. You acknowledge and agree that this service is provided “as is”, “with all faults”, and “as available”, you further acknowledge and agree that the HOTSPOT COMPANY disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

  • Termination of service. You agree that the HOTSPOT COMPANY may, at any time and for any reason, change, terminate, limit or suspend this Service (in whole or in part) or your access to this Service. Upon any termination, your rights to use this Service will immediately cease.

 


Everyday promotion Terms and Conditions

  • Each receipt can be redeemed once for one vehicle only. This offer is valid from Monday to Sunday 5-11pm.

  • Present the machine-printed receipt of the participating tenants, the corresponding electronic payment slip, and your parking ticket to L2 Concierge or to the Valet counter to redeem the offer on the same day.

  • Offer is subject to the availability of parking spaces. the pulse reserves the right to terminate or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • In case of any disputes, the decision of the pulse shall be final.

Impulse Membership Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) bind on all members (Members) of Impulse once the application form, online or mobile app registration has been signed. Members of Impulse agree and totally accept the Terms and Conditions set forth and any amendments to be made from time to time.

  1. To enjoy privilege offered by participating tenants. Member must present Impulse card / Impulse app virtual card before payment. Participating tenants reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. the pulse is not responsible for any losses caused by disputes between Member and participating tenants.

  2. With every spending of $200 or above at the pulse in 1 single receipt by electronic payment, all spending can be converted into the pulse coins for HK$1 equals to 1 coin.

  3. Eligible spending does not include any membership package courses purchase or regular monthly payments made at Blanc: Hair Spa (not limited to spending on treatment package which could be redeemed upon each single-time consumption) / Maggie & Rose (not limited to spending on food & beverage) / Pulse Aveda (not limited to spending on treatment package which could be redeemed upon each single-time service consumption/ Pure South (not limited to spending on personal training service and food & beverage).

  4. Eligible spending does not include payments made with the pulse cash vouchers. The deducted value of any kinds of offers. Cash rebate, gift cards, or discounts from tenants.

  5. Member must present Impulse card / Impulse app virtual card and effective machine-printed sales receipt together with corresponding electronic payment receipt (Credit Card/Union Pay/EPS/Octopus Card) within 7 days to redeem the pulse coins. Receipts that are not redeemed within 7 days after purchase will be regarded as invalid. Hand written receipts. Photocopied receipts, reprinted receipts, splitting receipts, the pulse car park receipts. Octopus value-added receipts, bill payment receipts. Service fee receipts. Purchase and/or add value of tenants membership card or membership payment. Purchase of cash/gift-meal/cake coupon from tenants receipts. Counterfoils of credit card or EPS payment slips are not accepted.

  6. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contains the name of tenant. Receipt number, transaction number. Transaction date and amount of transaction. Valid receipts can be used to redeem the pulse coins for 1 single time only. In case of any dispute related to validity of receipt. The pulse staff reserves the right to make final decision.

  7. The pulse coins are valid until the end of the next calendar year from the initial accumulated date. All overdue the pulse coins will be expired and will not accepted for any redemption.

  8. Member is not allowed to redeem the pulse coins with sales receipts owned by other person.

  9. Impulse card and the pulse coins are non-transferable. The pulse coins have no cash value, and are not exchangeable for cash. They cannot be sold, purchased, assigned, or transferred. Except as specially provided in the terms herein or as may be allowed in special program(s) by the pulse at its sole discretion.

  10. The pulse may. At its sole determination. Deduct from Member’s remaining coins:

    • Any coins suspected to be fraudulently recorded or earned by Member:

    • Any coins recorded in error; and

    • Any coins relating to a transaction which is canceled

  11. Application for replacement of Impulse card should be made in person at L2 Concierge. A handling fee of HK$20 will be charged for issuance of each lost card.

  12. Member should keep his/ her own Impulse card in good condition. Damage and/or alteration to card is/are not allowed. Otherwise, a handling fee of HK$20  will be charged for issuance of each extra new card.

  13. Information of the new card will be retrieved from the record in Impulse card Member database.

  14. Impulse card is not a payment card nor is it proof of creditworthiness and attempts to use it as such could constitute fraud.

  15. Redemption rewards will be updated without prior notice. All rewards are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, and shall be available while stock lasts.

  16. Member should inspect the reward (if any) before redemption procedure is completed. All rewards are not refundable or exchangeable, the pulse will not be responsible for the condition of vouchers, merchandise. Products and services redeemable or awarded by the pulse, or the operation of the redeemed rewards of any damage. Loss or body injury arising from the usage of the redeemed rewards.

  17. All applications for Impulse membership shall be subject to the approval of the pulse. Which it may or may not approve at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason therefore.

  18. Members can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to: info@thepulse.com.hk

  19. The pulse shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever to the Member for any act. Omission or default howsoever caused or arisen which result directly or indirectly in any loss, damage or injury whatsoever, to the member or any other person.

  20. The pulse reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice. In case or dispute, the pulse reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

  21. Renewal Terms and Conditions are at the discretion of the pulse.

  22. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects according to the Laws of Hong Kong.
